Email support@lovelanguages.io with a concise description of the issue. Do not include passwords, full payment details, private transcripts or API keys.

Before you write

For purchase access, try Restore Purchases in the app and confirm you are using the Apple ID that made the purchase. For account issues, include the device type, app version and the step where the problem appears.

Privacy and deletion

Use the in-app account controls for export or deletion where available. For a privacy question, contact privacy@solo.lovelanguages.io.
